Blue Lotus Flower

The blue lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea) is a water lily found in Africa and Asia. It is also known as blue Egyptian lotus, blue water lily, and sacred blue lily of the Nile. It is an aquatic perennial plant and usually grows along lakes and rivers, including the Nile.
The blue lotus flower symbolized regeneration, fertility, water, and plant life.
Blue lotus is known to induce a state of euphoria, calmness, and relaxation when taken in tea and tincture form. Blue lotus is also used as a sleep aid for the purpose of lucid dreaming or shamanic journeying, and to relieve insomnia.
Dried blue lotus flowers that are simply packaged as a single in a sealed pouch. They have a 5-6” diameter and a small ingredient/branding label on the backside.
